While reviewing the actions of Pat, Dinah and Fred, using cognitive dissonance theory, it can be said that the actions, behaviours and decisions were seen to be very uncomfortable as there were some contradictory ideas. It has been observed that many of the managers face the cognitive dissonance each day and they have to make a tough decision which can help and make each and every employee be satisfied with their position of work.
